Clipping
In some situations staff may require video proof to investigate your issue (especially for bugs, player reports or lost items). If possible, always record short-clips when playing, this makes it much easier for staff to help you.
You can follow this guide to use steam’s built-in clip recording feature.
How to open a ticket
- Join the server and head over to the create-a-ticket channel.
- Select what you need help with (i will create a list of help under).
- The bot will send you a direct message (DM) asking for details about your issue. If you don’t receive the DM, your privacy settings may be blocking it;
- Right click the server icon on the left side of discord.
- Click Privacy settings.
- Enable Allow direct messages from server members. Once enabled, repeat the ticket process and follow the instructions sent by the bot.
When to open one (Open a ticket for the following situations)
RP Refound
- If a bug or crash caused you to lose RP (Raids, bosses, store purchases etc).
Lost Items
- If items disappear due to bugs (example; yellow backpack issues).
General support
- For server-related questions or help-seeking.
Player report
- If a player breaks server rules.
VIP Support
- For VIP role activation or VIP-related issues.
Ban or Mute appeal
- To appeal punishments. Do NOT discuss bans or mutes in the general chats, open a ticket directly.
Staff application
- If you want to apply to help the staff team.
Response times: Tickets can take 1-5 minutes or sometimes a few hours, depending on staff availability. All staff members are volunteers, so be patient.
